Using the Website
By accessing the Ghost Soul website the customer undertakes to:
• Use the Website to browse the site or place legally valid orders.
• Do not place any false or fraudulent orders.
• Provide us with your mailing address, postal address and / or any other data that may be necessary for the correct formalization of the order in a true and accurate way. You further consent to the fact that we may use this information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Do not use any content present on the site for any purpose other than Ghost Soul.
Prices
Prices must be in euros and include VAT (value added tax) applicable at the date of the invoice, but do not include shipping charges which will be added at checkout. Any changes to the applicable VAT type will be reflected in product prices.
Ghost Soul reserves the right to change prices and specifications at any time and declines any price or specification errors for any errors published on the site. In handling your order any price errors that may be displayed on the site due to technical anomalies will be detected. In this situation the customer is contacted. If the price of the product displayed on the site is actually lower, the difference is returned. If the price is higher the customer will be contacted and reserves the right to accept or cancel the order.
